Where: A large forested private property a little bit up a mountain, near Robert's Creek, Sunshine Coast (exact address and driving instructions will be shared with ticket holders). It's an easy 20 minute drive from Langdale Ferry Terminal. You can drive, cab, or even bus/walk. Carpooling is a great idea. You can also look into renting 7 seater vans by Modo, which are affordable when shared.

Ferries: BC Ferries only allows reservations for 40-50% of the ferry capacity. If you end up seeing they are sold out, just get in the ferry line and you will for sure get on one.

Age range: This is a 19+ event.

Stage: We have one main stage well equipped with a beefy sound system to take you dancing through the day and night.

Invitations: Feel free to invite people by sharing these tickets!

Food & Drink: No BYOB - there are drinks on site, but you should bring your own food. We will serve food but it should not be relied upon completely. If you need to grab stuff, there are many stores nearby.

Communications: All ticket holders and their e-mail addresses will be on a list for contact tracing, festival check-in, and will receive all necessary information about the festival by e-mail prior to the festival date. Feel free to ask questions by email at any time!

Camping: There's tons of shaded forest camping available. You must be prepared to walk your gear to your camping spot - bringing a cart is recommended. We will also have a few carts on site for people to use, which must be returned to the outdoor kitchen between uses - you will probably end up waiting around for a cart for awhile if you don't bring your own. If you have a physical disability and need help getting on site, please contact us by email.

Off-Site Stuff: There's plenty of places to stay; traveler spots, airbnb's, motels and hotels around Gibsons, Robert's Creek and Sechelt.

Water: There's a pond and a creek if you crave a fresh dip, there will be 2 portable showers on site, and we do provide some drinking water. Please bring plenty of your own drinking water as well. The water on site in the taps is not approved for drinking but some people drink it without any issues.

More essential information will be emailed to ticket holders closer to the date of the event. At any time you may email aqualucidity@gmail.com to have your questions answered. The address will remain confidential until 3 days prior to the event. Refunds will be granted up until 1 week prior to the event, without any exceptions. Ticket sales will end 1 day prior to the event. Ticket transfers are allowed and done through your Show Pass account - contact Show Pass for instructions.
