CONCERT DAY SPECIAL!  Drive-In for $99.00/car GENERAL ADMISSION! 

 

Outdoor Drive-in Concert with performers George Canyon and Aaron Pritchett.  PLAYING LIVE and IN PERSON!!   RAIN OR SHINE!

The Leduc Community Hospital Foundation is excited to present: BRINGIN' THE COUNTRY BACK!  Drive-in! Country Music! Canadian Country Artists! Outdoor Events! Entertainment!  

ONE TICKET = one vehicle entry (attendees = limit of seatbelts in vehicle) 

 

Gates for the first show will open at 5:00 p.m., and approximately 8:00 p.m. for the second show.  Vehicles will be positioned based on the size of your vehicle. *Large ton trucks (F350, 3500's, etc.) and duallies will be directed to the sides in VIP and GA. Motorhomes, RV’s, large trucks and large passenger vans will be parked at the back. Larger vehicles will NOT be allowed in the VIP parking section.  Projection of artists performing on stage will be relayed through large LED screens on each side of the stage.   All sound is relayed through an FM frequency.  

 

This event is not only the first LIVE concert of 2021 but is also a fundraiser for the Foundation.  Your attendance helps support quality health care in the Leduc community, and for that we are truly grateful.

**Updates regarding Covid regulations.

  • Masks are no longer mandated at outdoor events. Please respect fellow concert goers who may wish to adhere to wearing a mask in public areas.  Physical Distancing (6ft)  throughout the facility. (i.e. going to the washroom) is encouraged. 
  • Follow all hand hygiene expectations and coughing and sneezing etiquette.  
  • If you are experiencing symptoms including cough, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose or sore throat that are not related to a pre-existing illness or health condition, or are otherwise required to isolate or quarantine- STAY HOME!

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL PERMITTED. (RCMP on site during event)

  • Onsite concession and beverage service is offered by Castrol Raceway.
  • Please understand and adhere to all Castrol Raceway FACILITY POLICIES
  • Failure to adhere to current AHS Guidelines will result in immediate expulsion from the facility.

 

As per AHS Guidance, personal contact information may be released upon request;  please review the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta (oipc.ab.ca) about collecting personal information from customers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Leduc Community Hospital Foundation and Castrol Raceway will NOT otherwise contact, sell or release private personal contact information.

Terms & Conditions

The holder of this ticket expressly assumes all risk incident to the event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, and agrees that all participants, sanctioning bodies, and all employees, agents, officers, and directors of Leduc Community Hospital Foundation and Castrol Raceway, its affiliates and subsidiaries, are hereby released from any and all claims arising from the event, including claims of negligence. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person who fails to comply with the terms and conditions and/or rules for the event in which this ticket is issued.

Established in 1993, the Leduc Community Hospital Foundation builds relationships with community partners to enhance services provided at the Leduc Community Hospital and health care centers in Beaumont, Leduc and Thorsby.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued but tickets are transferrable, so if you can’t make it pass your ticket along to a friend or person you owe one too. Thank you for respecting these guidelines. They are for everyone’s safety and enjoyment. Those who are unable to follow these guidelines will be asked to leave.
