Fundamentals of Floorwork with Preston West
A Private UniversiTEASE Workshop

Learn the essential movements of floor work with Preston West. This class will introduce fundamental movements including body waves, crawls, leg extensions and knee spins and will conclude with a short routine utilizing these movements. 

As this class features physical activity participants need to fill out a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire). It is recommended that participants are comfortable with getting up and down from the floor. This class does not feature rolls or inversions.

Suggested equipment: knee pads, heels are welcome but not required, clothing that allows freedom of movement and makes you feel sexy.

About the Instructor:

Preston West is a burlesque performer with over 9 years experience, and over 25 years experience in dance. She worked as a str*pper on the BC circuit from 2014-2017, where she fell in love with floorwork. She is now a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, bringing her love of burlesque, dance, and movement to folks across the country!
