_{Suffield High Class of 2005 Reunion – Terms & Conditions}

_{By purchasing a ticket to the Suffield High School Class of 2005 Twenty-Year Reunion (“the Event”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:}

_{1. Assumption of Risk:
Attendance at the Event is voluntary. By attending, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property loss, or damage. The organizers shall not be held responsible for any such occurrences.}

_{2. Release of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Event organizers, volunteers, vendors, and the venue (collectively “the Hosts”) disclaim any liability for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising out of or related to attendance at the Event.}

_{3. Conduct:
Attendees are expected to act responsibly and respectfully. The Hosts reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate without refund.}

_{4. Photography & Media Release:
By attending the Event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded. These images and recordings may be used by the Hosts for promotional or archival purposes, without compensation or further approval.}

_{5. Tickets & Refunds:
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the Event is canceled. In the event of postponement, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.}

_{6. Force Majeure:
The Hosts shall not be held liable for cancellation or delay of the Event due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to extreme weather, public health concerns, or acts of God.}

_{7. Agreement:
By completing your ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.}
