Cask & Keg

Canadian skate-punk legends Belvedere barely need an introduction. They are heroes of fast, furious, melodic punk, who’ve never lost sight of their roots.
2020 marked the 25th year of the band’s history, but since all of their tours were moved to 2021; the band felt the need to write and record their 6th full-length instalment, Hindsight Is The Sixth Sense. The album features a furious mix of old and new. The new direction in song writing is attributed to new members Dan Wollach on guitar and Ryan Mumby on bass. The all-familiar speed, the riffs, the insightful lyrics and singalong harmonies are all still there thanks to drummer, Casey Lewis and lead singer & founder, Steve Rawles.
Formed in 1995 and originally never even meant to play a live show, the trailblazing band from Calgary, Alberta quickly grew a reputation on the underground punk scene for their blazing fast speed and melodic vocals.

The Corps are Vancouver BC's punk rock defenders of Sector 2814! Intergalactic spacepunk celebrating DC Comics. Years ago it was written, in an ancient scroll, that a threat would dawn upon Sector 2814, a threat so large, it would require four carefully selected humans to bear the unheard-of Grey rings just for a chance at this sectors survival.
This threat has arrived, and these four humans have been selected. So it begins.
As darkness slithered unnoticed into 2814 posing as music, few were aware of the ever dimming light. But there were four souls who saw through the lies.
The gods they had served for years, still on the battle field, will someday relent with pride and pass down the torch. These four will charge their rings and make a stand until the deaf hear the light.

From thrash metal to honky tonk, they are well known for swinging across other genres with reckless abandon, while always keeping one worn out shoe planted in the modern skate punk sound that has been a staple since their first release in 2018.

2 Shadows is a Metal Duo based out of Vancouver, Canada, consisting of members Glen Bridden (Lead Vocals), Tryst Germaine (Guitars). The band was founded in 2015 and for the last seven years they have been meticulously and methodically honing in their craft, leaving no stone unturned. Inspired by house hold name acts such as Slipknot, Rammstein and Korn, the band is also inspired by the modern breed of Metal acts such as Motionless In White, Wage War, Bad Omens and Avenged Sevenfold. 2 Shadows is a combination of the most modern sounding Metal blended with visually theatrical imagery, creating a duality that is the core essence of the band. Lead Vocalist, Glen Bridden, "Our live show is just as important to us as our music. We try to make our live show a visual representation of our music. We are constantly building and evolving our stage show so our fans can always expect something different and exciting!"In 2018, after playing locally and regionally for three years, 2 Shadows ventured out on a National Tour across Canada and began garnering attention from Metal fans and industry professionals alike. With the completion of their first National Tour under their belts, the band was hungry to get back work in the studio and elevate their overall game.In 2019 the band began working on a new album, entering into the studio with Singer/Songwriter/Producer/The Veer Union Front man, Crispin Earl, to streamline the bands sound and bring it to that of International level. After the completion of the album, the band was ecstatic to announce they inked a deal with Rock Shop Records and released a brand new track, "Scratching At The Surface", (including a feature vocal performance by The Veer Union Front man), on Friday, November 13th, 2020. 2 Shadows embarked on a month long US tour in support of their album "Bring The Cold Inside" April 2022-------------------Brutal Youth play manic hardcore punk rock. They started out with three simple rules: Play it fast; keep it under 90 seconds and don't be precious about repeating a hook… because when your songs are that short people can always just hit rewind and play 'em again. Over a decade later they've broken every single one of those rules.
Energetic, raw, honest, heart on the sleeve punk rock, Brutal Youth have been causing a ruckus for the last 10+ years. Formed in 2010, the band hit the ground running and recorded their first brutally fantastic album, "Spill Your Guts". Shortly thereafter the group uprooted themselves from their hometown of St. John's, NL and moved to Toronto. After settling in to their new digs, Brutal Youth gained attention locally with their lightning-fast sets and blood-soaked high-intensity performances. A bunch of records and touring ensued.
On Rebuilding Year (their 4th long-player) we find the band once again breaking the rules and rewriting their own playbook. 14 songs that range from mid-tempo melodic sing-alongs, to blistering fast knockout tracks (some that even break the 3 minute mark) on a record all about dealing with personal ruination, redesign, & redemption. Rebuilding Year is the Brutal Youth's most well-constructed and cohesive release to date. Tense and brooding about how life can grind you down into nothing, then melodic and resolute to make those necessary changes for the better because like they say "you get back what you put in.

Ill Defined first released their debut single “Save Yourself” in the summer of 2021. They have since released an EP and 2 singles, most recently “Drown” as of March of 2023.

The Kettle Valley Steam Railway showcases a unique part of the Okanagan’s and British Columbia’s history. Built during 1910-1915, the KVR “Kootenay to Coast Connection” powered our pioneer fruit industry into world markets, transported our families on vacations and errands&semi created employment, hobos and stories that will be with us forever.
We invite you to join us on the only preserved section of this historic railway: Ten miles of beautiful vistas&semi from lush orchards and vineyards to a spectacular view of lake and land from the Trout Creek Bridge 238 ft above the canyon floor. The sight and sound of our restored 1912 Steam Locomotive the “3716” will bring the era alive as you ride along on this 90 minute journey in a vintage passenger coach or open air car.

For three decades, Ten Foot Pole has nurtured an international underground skate punk reputation and fan base with thought provoking, aggressive alternative music, playing hundreds of international shows to crowds that prefer non-radio-hit-song-bands, and fearlessly sporting a nice-guy punk attitude. Their tenth full length release, Winning, October 2022 on People of Punk Rock Records, includes eclectic styles, from their classic 90's double-time anthems to more modern, heavy progressive punk... blending melodic/poppy parts with some hardcore bridges reminiscent of their 80's hardcore roots.Ten Foot Pole started in the 80's as hardcore band Scared Straight, in the Oxnard California Hardcore (Nardcore) scene, with the first US tour in 1985. The lineup and style evolved, as TFP helped create the genre of 90's skate punk, including releases on Epitaph Records and touring heavily with bands such as Face to Face, NOFX, No Use for a Name and Millencolin. In the 2000s, TFP touring slowed as songwriter/guitarist/singer Dennis Jagard developed his career as a concert sound engineer, for artists such as Prince, Jimmy Eat World and"Weird Al" Yankovic. But new TFP music kept flowing, as well as the addition of acoustic shows and songs, emerging from Dennis' audio career travels with an acoustic guitar.Ten Foot Pole has sold over a half million physical albums, though their DIY underground ethic and sincere songwriting style was never about chasing sales or radio airplay. The years of playing in squats, dive bars and tiny "festivals," has given way to playing some bigger and nicer venues, but the credibility, the heart in the music, and the support of the die-hard fans, still rocks like an underground band.--------------------

The Penske File do it for the love of the damn thing. Friendship, rock ’n’ roll, creativity, movement, catharsis. They pull the highs from the lows and scream into the expanse because it is what feels right. Their live shows are celebrations: celebrations of everything loud, spontaneous and beautiful about life. But life is interstitial and it mirrors our world: it is equal parts light and dark, joy and sadness, colour and shade, party and hangover.The Penske File realize this and dig into these dichotomies on their latest offering, “Half Glow,” an album that Guitarist and Vocalist Travis Miles describes as an "exploration of love, loss and coming of age in a world that often feels like it is crumbling to bits around you.” The album was recorded at Drive Studios in Toronto and is a culmination of over half a life time of musical collaboration between James Hall, Travis Miles and Alexander Standen, the childhood friends that make up the band. Just like the dualistic reality it portrays, the album’s creation wasn’t without its hardships: robberies, burn outs, pandemics and many things stood in the way of its completion. Sometimes though, love wins out and it shows on the anthemic introspection expelled on each of the 12 tracks on “Half Glow.”No strangers to the road, The Penske File spent the better part of the decade leading into the album’s release on tour, playing festival stages and D.I.Y spaces alike from Vancouver to Hamburg to Gainesville and everywhere in between. They have been hand selected to perform with many of punk rock’s greatest acts, and shared bills with the likes of Bad Religion, The Menzingers, and The Hold Steady, to name a few. In many ways, since their last release, “Salvation,” the band has grown up; still, in many ways, they never will.
