Join us for a night of whimsical wonder as we unravel the dreamscapes of Shakespeare's timeless tale “Midsummer Night’s Dream”
 What the play is about.  A Midsummer Night's Dream tells the story of love, magic, and mischief. Duke Theseus' wedding to Hippolyta sets off a chain of events as four young lovers - Lysander, Demetrius, Hermia, and Helena - escape into the forest.There, they encounter the fairy kingdom, ruled by Oberon and Titania. Oberon's servant, Puck, manipulates the lovers, causing chaos and confusion.
Meanwhile, a group of amateur actors, led by the weaver Bottom, rehearse a play in the forest, which Puck transforms into a hilarious and unexpected performance.
As the story unfolds, so do the love triangles, and the fairy kingdom is thrown into chaos with a joyful celebration of love, magic, and the transformative power of the imagination.

This story tells how a man, Malu, made a choice that is difficult for ordinary people to understand for the love in his heart.Malu is a "paranoid" in the eyes of others. He is not satisfied with ordinary love and dares to pursue the seemingly impossible emotion.As his friends said, he exaggerated the difference between one woman and another, but in an era full of "wise choices", Malu has become an outlier.

After completing her Bachelor's of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Health from the University of British Columbia, Sandra obtained her sports nutrition diploma through the International Olympic Committee and started her own private practice, No Sweat Nutrition. Sandra combines her athletic experience with her passion for nutrition to help athletes of all ages train, perform, recover, and live life at their best.

Join us for a night of celebrating our last three years together, featuring a buffet dinner, awards, dancing, and more.
Your ticket includes:

There will be a cash bar. Please drink responsibly. You may be refused entrance by venue staff if you arrive to the event overly intoxicated. 
Cocktail hour will run from 5:30-6:30pm. Get photos with your friends on the Outdoor Terrace from our professional photographer, and enjoy a signature cocktail/mocktail or other beverage of your choice with your included drink ticket!
The formal program begins at 6:30. Please ensure you arrive with enough time to find your seats.

Student Tickets:
Each graduate may purchase one student ticket beginning on Wednesday, February 12 at 12:30pm.
Plus-one Tickets:
To prioritize capacity for graduating students, graduates are only able to bring one guest to the gala. Plus-ones must provide the name and Student ID number of the Graduate with whom they will be attending to complete their purchase. Excess plus-one ticket purchases will be voided and refunded.
Plus-one tickets will become available on Friday, February 14 at 12:30pm (and make an excellent Valentine’s Day gift!). 
Ticket sales will run until Friday, February 28 at 11:59pm or until sold out. 
The Graduation Committee wants all graduates to be able to enjoy the Gala and celebrate their achievements. If ticket cost is a barrier to your attendance, please send a brief statement of need to Kaila Mikkelsen, mikkelsen@allard.ubc.ca, by February 25 and she will review the requests and make recommendations for allocation. All requests for a subsidized or free ticket will be treated as confidential.

Accessibility & Dietary Needs
The Paradox Hotel is wheelchair accessible. The buffet menu accommodates vegetarian diets and most common food allergies. Vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly options are available upon request--we cannot accommodate dietary or ingredient preferences. The timing of the buffet has been set to easily accommodate those who are observing Ramadan and vegetarian buffet items are also halal.

Students may submit table and seating requests HERE.  
Tables will be seated in groups of 10. Please have one person per table group submit the group preference.While the Graduation Committee will make every effort to accommodate seating preferences, we cannot guarantee all requests. Plus-ones will be seated immediately next to the student associated with their purchased ticket. Groups smaller than 10 people may still submit requests to sit together.

Join us at Little Mountain Gallery on Saturday March 15th (7:00pm) for a evening of domestic blunders, bloopers, and baggage as professional stand-up comedians and their partners take the stage to air out their dirty laundry, while getting the best possible advice from the most (un)qualified, fully (not fully at all) licensed, (non)professionals.
Audiences will also have the chance to write anonymous questions for the couples before the show, just to spice things up. 
Come for the laughs, stay for the drama as we close out the Little Weird Weekend Comedy Fest with a night (and maybe a few fights) you'll never forget!
