Showpass has developed the ability for main organizations to inherit information from other sub-organizations. This is a powerful tool for organizers like universities that have many clubs and struggle to manage settings across them.
Sub-organizations inheriting settings from a parent organization allows for a streamlined information structure. Once a sub-organization has registered with the parent organization the fee settings, banking information and employees are automatically passed down, minimizing the workload and room for human error.
To create a sub-organization, the parent organization will email a sign up registration form. Once approved, the sub-organization can begin creating events and not have to worry about incorrect key information.
This new feature will ensure sub-organizations are setup properly in the future, while greatly reducing the workload for the organizer.
