Independent Season Management
Organizers can now create their own seasons with additional options, reducing reliance on support and increasing control over sales details. Under the Membership editing page for seasonal memberships, a new section can be found where you can create upcoming seasons and view your previous ones! Each season has additional options for you to customize, including the name and dates that will be displayed to customers, the on-sale dates for the season, the deadline for which members will have to renew for the following season, and the option to enable automatic renewal email reminders.
Seamless Renewal Processes
With our newly implemented process, selling season pass renewals will be easier and more flexible than ever before. We have developed an incredibly user-friendly process that allows users to adjust their seat and level preferences between seasons. Quickly renewing members who want to keep their favourite seats is as easy as upselling a family to a higher tier, making sales staff processes a breeze. The best part? This new renewal flow is available both in the Box Office and on your Membership page, allowing for both staff-led and self-led renewal options available to fit your specific selling practices.
Revenue Realization
Seeking greater visibility into the revenue distribution of your season pass sales? Look no further than the enablement of revenue realization! By toggling a single switch in your Membership options, the feature will be activated for your season pass. You’ll love how easy it is to uniformly distribute membership revenue across the events in a season, enhancing the revenue reporting for each of your events.
