With the new ability to set a flat rate for shipping and handling, you can now save time distributing tickets and products. This setting will automatically choose the highest flat rate if a customer adds multiple items with this configuration to their basket, meaning that customers will no longer experience largely inflated rates for multi-item purchases, improving the online purchasing experience. This new feature will ensure a better checkout experience for both you and your customers.
In addition to the new flat rate option, organizers may now select shipping and handling options according to per ticket type/product and per item. Per ticket type/product will add shipping and handling costs on top of the flat rate for each ticket or product type. Per item will add shipping and handling costs on top of the flat rate for each individual item in a customer’s basket. These additional shipping and handling options allow you to fine-tune your pricing strategy to meet your specific needs.
