With our new custom statement descriptors, you don’t have to worry about customers not knowing where the charge on their credit card came from!
As long as you use a Stripe processor, you are now able to customize what shows up on a customers credit card statement when they make a purchase from your venue. This allows you as an organizer to have full control over what they see, and make it easily recognizable. You can find this feature in your organizer information page, under the financial settings section.
This feature will cut down on lost revenue due to fraud for unknown purchases and allow you to have more control over what the customer sees!
